Beastie Boys MC Adrock (Adam Horovitz) give props to his epilepsy in the 1992 track 'Skills to Pay the Bills':

Well I'm an epileptic, a skept-a-cleptic, check it
I'm cutting up the beats from the bear I clept it

He first discussed his experience of epilepsy in several interviews for music magazines in the early 1990s.
